Service User Declaration
By availing Mayur Care Service for Patient Care Taker, Service User automatically declare and accept that, They will hiring staff from MAYUR CARE agency and They will paying service charge to MAYUR CARE agency only, And He/She have not any rights to hire staff directly and pay service charge to staff directly without permission of MAYUR CARE, And if Service User do that type of deal with Staff directly then MAYUR CARE agency have rights to take any legal action again on Service User.
